The Public Works Department evaluates the efficiency and quality with which various departmental services are provided. This includes setting administrative policies and procedures, long-term planning, development reviews, permitting, inspections of driveway construction by private citizens, administering budgets and Capitol Improvement requests, managing divisional and personnel functions, and coordinating activities with other departments and governmental agencies.
